If you've said any of these things to yourself —
even quietly, at 2am, to no one — keep reading.
If you've said any of these things to yourself — even quietly, at 2am, to no one — keep reading.
You've been waiting to feel ready. To feel better. To feel like yourself again. But that day never comes — and you know it.
You show up for everyone else. You hold everything together. But quietly — you're falling apart and nobody can see it.
You know something needs to change. You've read the books, done the podcasts, maybe even therapy. But the gap between knowing and doing is still there. Every. Single. Day.
You were born with drive and passion. But somewhere between all the 'sit down', 'shut up', 'you're too much' — you lost it. And you want a piece of it back.
You don't want to be the person who just talks about pushing through hard things. You want to be the person who actually does it.
You've done the awareness. You know mental health matters. But nobody — not once — has given you an actual system to train it.
Staying where you are is quietly costing you. In energy. In relationships. In the version of yourself you're not becoming. And you're done paying that price.
If you nodded at even one of those — this tour was built for you.
Not when you feel ready. Not when life calms down.
NOW.
This is a one-time window.

A motivational talk
A wellness night
Therapy or clinical support
Another awareness campaign
Something you forget by Tuesday
Soft. Comfortable. Easy.
Live mental fitness training — real reps, real room, real time
A workshop that will change the way you view yourself
A system you own and use for the rest of your life
The B.G.A. framework — mapped live in your workbook
Mirror Talk — done in the room. In the moment shifts
Courage required — every single step
The Baseline is a mental fitness training platform, not therapy, not coaching, not a clinical service.
The same way a personal trainer is not a physiotherapist — a mental fitness trainer is not a psychologist. Both are valid. Neither replaces the other.

THE ONLY DIFFERENCE IS

If you've said any of these things to yourself — even quietly, at 2am, to no one — keep reading.
Running on empty. Living on autopilot.
Showing up for everyone else.
Nothing left for yourself.
Knowing something needs to change.
Not knowing where to start.
The gap between who you are and who you know you could be.
Waiting to feel ready for the day never comes.

Running on empty. Going through the motions.
Showing up for everyone else — nothing left for yourself.
Knowing something needs to change. Not knowing where to start.
The gap between who you are and who you know you could be.
Waiting to feel ready. That day never comes.
Clear on exactly where you are in the B.G.A. system.
A daily Mirror Talk practice — NLP-informed, neuroplasticity-based, specific to you.
A physical workbook with your 30-day tracker and Just One More commitment.
Part of a movement proving what's possible when you train your mind.
Knowing the rep is a choice.
Not a feeling — a trained skill you choose daily.
The rep starts the moment you purchase your ticket.
Not next week. Not when you feel ready.
NOW.

At 26, Brooke McIntosh was in the depths of the darkness. A FIFO worker dealing with trauma, addiction, and disordered eating. Rock bottom wasn't a metaphor — it was her Tuesday morning.
She didn't wait to feel ready. She didn't find a program that fixed her. She got hit by a truck going 100kms an hour… The words ‘HAVE COURAGE” flashed while she was unconscious - when she woke; she chose exactly that every day forward. She built a mental fitness system that trained her mind like she did her body.
Daily reps when she had nothing left and her mind was caving in.
Mirror Talk when she didn't believe a single word of it yet. Discipline when motivation had completely and utterly abandoned her.
Then she ran 14,200km around Australia in 204 days. On that system. Becoming the fastest female to ever run around Australia.
The run didn't prove the system worked. The system is what made the run possible.

BROOKE PERSONALLY KNOWS ALL OF THESE all too well and
You've been holding everything together for so long you've forgotten what it feels like to put yourself first. The mum. The partner. The one everyone calls first. The one who shows up for everyone and has nothing left for herself. This room was built for you — because when you do the work on yourself, you ripple it out to everyone around you.

You've been holding everything together for so long you've forgotten what it feels like to put yourself first. The mum. The partner. The one everyone calls first. The one who shows up for everyone and has nothing left for herself. This room was built for you — because when you do the work on yourself, you ripple it out to everyone around you.
Outwardly confident. Inwardly lost. You've built a life that looks incredible from the outside — the business, the brand, the following, the personality. But underneath the performance, something is missing. You put your hand up first and cry when you don't expect to. Brooke sees through the armour and that is the point. It’s time to have courage and put the weight down.
You're building something real. A business, a team, a vision. But you're running it from a depleted, reactive, or fear-based place — and you know it. Your mindset is the ceiling on your growth. You've done the personal development content. You want the actual system. This room is built for the ones who are done playing small and ready to lead from a full place.
You can push through anything physically. You've done hard things. Nobody questions your toughness. But you've been carrying more than anyone knows for longer than you'd like to admit — and you haven't said a word about it. The run is the proof this system works. You don't need soft. You need real. This room delivers it.
You got through it. The hard thing — the loss, the breakdown, the chapter that almost finished you. You survived. Now you're standing on the other side wondering who you are and what comes next. You're done surviving. You're ready to build forward. This room is exactly where that starts.
1
You're already doing the work - journaling, the podcasts, the self-awareness. You know there's more inside you and you're not waiting for rock bottom to find it. You want a system. A framework that tells you exactly where you are and what comes next. This room is for you who is already moving and just needs the right track to run on.

You've been surviving. You're ready to actually live.
You show up for everyone else — you're ready to show up for yourself
You have a mind. You want to train it.
You're expecting results without doing the work
You're already thinking of reasons this won't work for you
You want soft, comfortable, unchallenging content
You're not open to being honest — with yourself or in the room
You think you already know everything you need to
You're looking for therapy or clinical mental health support

One system. Your rep starts here. $79.
No longer "One Day" this is DAY ONE.

Every ticket sold directly funds the Just One More movement — the national mission to make mental fitness training accessible to every Australian, regardless of where they live, what they earn, or whether they've ever heard the words "mental fitness" before.
Just One More was born from survival. It grew into a movement that has reached over 1 million Australians.
And it is heading toward a future where mental fitness training is as accessible, as prescribed, and as normal as going to the gym.
When you buy a ticket to The Baseline Tour, you are not just investing in yourself. You are funding the schools programs, the community activations, the regional events, and the next person who needs to hear that just one more is always inside them — before it's too late.
$79. One ticket. One rep. One more person reached.
That's the mission. That's Just One More. And you're part of it the moment you show up.

READ THIS.
The mind will find a reason not to go.
Here are the most common ones — and why none of them are actually the reason.
You can't afford another year of staying exactly where you are. The cost of inaction — in energy, in relationships, in the version of yourself you're not becoming — is always higher than the cost of the ticket. $79 is the rep that changes the next 12 months. This is the only investment that never depreciates: your mind.
One day. You have one day. If it matters enough, you'll find it. The people who've said yes to this tour are single parents, business owners running two locations, FIFO workers on a 3-week swing. They found the day. The question isn't whether you have time. It's whether you're willing to prioritise yourself for one single day.
You will never feel ready. That is the entire point. The Baseline was built for people who are not ready — because waiting to feel ready is exactly how another year passes unchanged. You don't need to be okay to walk in. You just need to walk in.
You tried awareness. You tried motivation. You tried knowing what to do. The Baseline is none of those things. It is training — with a system, with reps, with a framework that tells you exactly where you are and what comes next. The proof: 14,200km. 204 days. That system works.
Courage is required. What you share publicly is entirely your choice. What you will find is that when other people in the room decide to be honest — the walls come down. That is not a threat. That is the most powerful thing that happens in every single city. You came to train. Not to be comfortable.
Australia's first ever mental fitness training tour. One full day — Brooke's full Just One More keynote, live Mirror Talk workshop, B.G.A. framework, Just One More activation, and Q&A. You leave with a system and a 30-day practice. Not a feeling. A trained skill.
Anyone done waiting to feel ready. Tradie, mum, business owner, athlete, military member, or someone who is quietly struggling. Mental fitness is for everyone. Aged 15+. All genders. No experience required. If those pain points above landed — this is for you.
No. The Baseline is mental fitness training, not clinical mental health support. Think personal trainer versus physiotherapist — both valuable, neither replaces the other. If you're receiving clinical support, The Baseline works alongside that. Crisis support: Lifeline 13 11 14.
The Mirror Talk session requires you to speak your statement out loud. In the room. Not to yourself in the car or in your mind — in the room, with everyone else doing the same thing. It's the most powerful moment of the day and the most uncomfortable. That's the point. You came to train.
10am – 4pm in most cities. Doors open 9:45am. Plan for the full day. Leaving early means missing the most valuable sessions. P.S. Don’t hate us if we run over 30 minutes, Brooke will be in a massive flow state.
No. A lunch break is built into the day. Bring your own or access local options nearby. Venue details are sent in your pre-event confirmation email. Snack and hydration is provided.
Yes. Every single city. Every event. Brooke is in the room. Not recorded. Not virtual. Live.

The Baseline is a mental fitness training platform, not a clinical mental health service. It does not diagnose, treat, or manage mental health conditions. If you are in crisis or require clinical support, please contact Lifeline on 13 11 14 or speak with your GP. Mental fitness training and clinical mental health support are different tools for different needs — both valid, neither a replacement for the other.
