ALRIGHTY FAAAAMMM!

Another week, another stretch of the wildest run around Australia. Brooke’s on a mission to run 14,080 km and raise $1.4 million for mental health with Blue Tree Project. Here’s your weekly dose of grit, heart, and “how-the-hell-is-she-still-moving” energy. 💥💙
Kendall’s run with Brooke
Kendall ran with Brooke, and it hit straight to the heart. Kendall Whyte, CEO of Blue Tree Project, started the movement after losing her brother to suicide. Running side by side wasn’t just a moment, it was a reminder of why this mission matters.
Brooke is running 14,080 kilometers around Australia to raise $1.4 million for Blue Tree Project, reminding every Australian that just one more conversation can help save a life. 💙
Day 100 Celebration
Brooke celebrated the 100th day of this monumental run. One hundred days of pounding the pavement, pushing limits, and inspiring people to face their own battles with “Just One More” attitude. The support from the community is loud and clear, and Brooke feels it every step of the way. 💙
This journey reminds us to show up as you are. You don’t need to be perfect to keep going. Strength lives in how you show up, not how you look doing it.
Hitting the Halfway Mark
We hit the halfway mark, and what a ride it’s been so far. Brooke’s still smashing it out there, but now it’s time to head deeper into the heart of the journey, and Rockhampton marks that pivot point.
This milestone proves something big: progress doesn’t have to be perfect. Keep your eyes on the goal, adapt when needed, and take it one step at a time. Detours happen, but direction matters more than speed. 💙
Matt’s First TV Appearance
Matt made his first ever TV appearance on WIN News, sharing the mission, the madness, and the message behind it all. Big moment, big love, and a massive step in getting more eyes on why this run matters. Huge thanks to Heidi Anderson & team, the PR legends, for making this happen! 📺💥
Route Update and Detours
Turns out, with all the detours and side trips, Brooke’s accidentally clocked an extra 1,000 kilometers onto what was already a beast of a challenge. Only Brooke would do that, right? Now it’s all about staying strict and focused, we cut across at Rockhampton and into Emerald, next up:Longreach, Mount Isa (target: 9th July), Katherine, and finally Darwin (target: 30 July)
This is where mindset kicks in. It’s easy to get thrown off course, but Brooke keeps showing us how to adapt, refocus, and keep moving forward. Prioritize mindset. Push through the hard patches, adjust, and come back stronger. 💪💙
Upcoming Milestones
Rockhampton was the turning point with the aim of getting back to 80 kilometre days, then it’s full throttle, pushing hard to keep the momentum going. The team’s targeting Mt Isa by early July and Darwin by the end of the month. That’s a huge chunk to cover, but Brooke’s proven it again and again — when it gets harder, she pushes JUST ONE MORE. 🏃♀🔥

Small Signs, Big Impact
Earlier this week, Brooke spotted an R U OK? sign on the road and shared how much it hit her. Out here on the road, it’s these little reminders that mean the most — showing her she’s not doing this alone. It’s the small stuff she looks for. It always lands where it needs to. 💙

Brooke’s Leopard Moment
Day 103. Brooke stepped out in the hi-vis hat and the leopard top, bold, loud, and unapologetically her. This is what it looks like when you lead with your whole heart and wear your mission with pride. 💛🧡💙
