Hi I’m Brooke,

At 26, I was suicidal. FIFO worker. Rock bottom.

I didn't find my way out through motivation or positive thinking.

I built a system. Daily mental reps. Shadow work. Evidence-based self-talk training. That system became The Baseline.

And the proof it works?

In 2025 I ran 14,200km around Australia in 204 days — the fastest female to ever do it. $360K raised. Over 1 million lives touched.

The run wasn't the point. The system was.

People say "dare to dream." I say dare to train.

I believe there are no limit's to what one is capable of, the hardest part? Finding the balancing act BEFORE burnout hit's.

I teach athletes, leaders, and teams to build unstoppable mindsets using THE BASELINE AND JUST ONE MORE METHOD, the framework that got me through 14,200km Run Around Australia and now helps thousands perform under pressure.

They’re the principles and training protocol that carried me through healing trauma, a 110km/h truck crash, suicidal ideation and a 14,200km run around Australia.

I built a system from rock bottom. In 2023 I put it to the initial test and ran 1600kms in 27 Days.

Re-tested it in 2025 when I Ran 14,200kms Around Australia in 204Days.

Now I teach it.

Today I work with corporates, FIFO industries, sporting teams, schools, and individuals who are done waiting to feel ready — and ready to train.
