We’re not a fitness group. We’re a global movement proving one honest conversation can save a life. 204 days around Australia showed us that. Today we keep that promise...
This walk is for everyone, every age, every ability, every struggle. Wheelchairs, prams, crutches, dogs, kids, first-timers, old-timers… If you’re breathing, you belong.

This walk is for everyone, every age, every ability, every struggle. Wheelchairs, prams, crutches, dogs, kids, first-timers, old-timers… If you’re breathing, you belong.

Every pace is the right pace. No one gets left behind. Ever.
No Strava, no GPS, no watch-checking. Ditch the stats. This is for clarity, not kilometres.
No headphones. Ears open, hearts open. Stories over songs.
What’s said on the walk stays on the walk (unless someone is in danger, then we act immediately and get help).
Fun first. Laugh, sweat, connect. Zero competition.
Real talk always. We walk side-by-side so we can look after one another.

"I couldn’t even look myself in the eyes before. But after seven days of mirror work, it honestly felt like I was chatting to an old friend again."
"I stopped thinking everything I went through was for nothing. Now it actually feels like it all meant something."
"I realised my inner voice only shifts through honest reps. Once that clicked, everything started to make sense."
“I didn’t know how to have the conversations my husband needed while going through AA. Now I’ve got the courage to ask the hard questions and properly support him. Our relationship feels stronger, and we’re in a really solid place."
”This is more than just training or motivation. It actually helps you build discipline self-awareness and confidence in yourself. It pushes you mentally as much as physically and if you are generally want to grow and become more confident in all areas of life this is your place.”
""Something shifted in me when I realised I didn't need motivation anymore to keep going. I started trusting myself. Proving to myself that I could stay disciplined even on the hard days."
