No. The Baseline is a mental fitness training system — not a clinical service. Same distinction as a personal trainer and a physiotherapist. Both valid. Neither replaces the other. This is training.
The Baseline was built for everyone with a brain and a heart — not just people in crisis. Physical fitness isn't only for people who are unwell. Mental fitness training is the same. You don't have to be broken to benefit from training.
The daily rep is under 5 minutes — Mirror Talk and the regulation protocol. Each week's video content is roughly 40-50 minutes total. The system is designed to fit around a full life, not replace it.
Never miss twice. The reload protocol is built into Week 5. You don't lose the reps you've built — you just pick the next one up and stack.
