I didn't build this program from a textbook. I built it from rock bottom at 26 — suicidal, in a FIFO camp, running out of reasons to stay.

I tested it first. 1,600km in 27 days in 2023. Then 14,200km around Australia in 204 days in 2025.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is this like therapy?

No. The Baseline is a mental fitness training system — not a clinical service. Same distinction as a personal trainer and a physiotherapist. Both valid. Neither replaces the other. This is training.

What if I'm not at rock bottom — is this still for me?

The Baseline was built for everyone with a brain and a heart — not just people in crisis. Physical fitness isn't only for people who are unwell. Mental fitness training is the same. You don't have to be broken to benefit from training.

How much time does it take each week?

The daily rep is under 5 minutes. Monthly coaching call is 90 minutes. Weekly check-in is 2 minutes. The rest is up to how deep you want to go.

Is the group coaching live?

Yes. Monthly. 90 minutes. Recorded if you can't attend live. First call July 1st.

Is this different from The Baseline?

Just One More is the evolution. The Baseline curriculum is the foundation inside the platform — now paired with physical training programs and an ongoing community. It's the full system, not just the mental fitness piece.

What's the 4-month minimum commitment?

You commit to 4 months when you join ($197 x 4 = $788). After that, you can cancel anytime.

Can I get a refund?
