They’re the principles that carried me through trauma, a 110km/h truck crash, suicidal ideation and a 14,200km run around Australia.

But the truth is... my story isn’t about records.

It’s about choosing to rise, again and again, after life tried to break me.

I’ve walked through trauma, abuse, heartbreak, and two serious car accidents. I’ve known what it feels like to want to give up. Mental fitness became the tool that helped me stand back up.

“JUST ONE MORE” became my lifeline.

One more step. One more choice. One more day of courage.

In 2023, I ran 1,600km for mental health awareness.

Finishing that run lit a fire in me. I knew my next step was to take this message around the entire country.

In 2025, I did exactly that and I became the fastest female to ever run around Australia.

Today, I teach others how to build the same mental strength, the kind that helps you lead, perform, heal, and push beyond every limit you thought you had.
