“Just One More” – More Than Just a Mantra

I’m running because I know firsthand that mental health is no joke. It’s time to break the stigma, start conversations, and show people that they’re not alone. Just as we seek support about our physical health, our mental health should be no different.

All it takes is JUST ONE MORE conversation, one more step, one more breath, one more day. Together, we can create a  WORLD WIDE IMPACT where everyone feels supported and empowered to face their challenges.

I listened to you on Hard Yarns. I keep repeating 3-2-1 as I try to decide what my next step is. I've been working on myself all year. It's time for the next level. I just have to wrap my mind around who I want to be and then be that person.
