She is crazy. She is heart-led. She is strength. She is hope. And she is here for the bigger purpose.
Brooke's lacing up her running shoes and embarking on a mission to become the youngest and fastest female to conquer Australia on foot. That's right, 14,080 kilometers, 80km a day, for 180 days straight! She's not just running for a world record; she's running to raise $1 million for The Blue Tree Project and spark a national conversation about mental health.
Mark your calendars, because Brooke’s kicking off this epic adventure on March 2nd, 2025, and she’s rewriting history with every stride.
From the rugged coastlines of Western Australia to the bustling city streets of Sydney, from the tropical north to the southernmost tip, Brooke's leaving no stone unturned (or kilometer un-run!). She's taking on this country one epic step at a time.
"This vision has been on my heart since I crossed the finish line after the last 1600 km. I knew my purpose was to run around Australia and make a bigger impact with the mantra that saved my life—Just One More—and bring the whole nation along for the ride." - Brooke
I’m running because I know firsthand that mental health is no joke. It’s time to break the stigma, start conversations, and show people that they’re not alone. All it takes is JUST ONE MORE conversation, one more step, one more breath, one more day. Together, we can create a world where everyone feels supported and empowered to face their challenges.
“Just One More” – More Than Just a Mantra
"The moment I crossed that finish line after 1,600km, I knew I wasn't done. This fire in my soul, this burning desire to make a difference, it wouldn't let me rest. So, I'm taking it up a notch. I'm running around Australia, and I'm bringing the whole country with me. 'Just One More' isn't just a saying; it's a lifeline, a battle cry, a reminder that we're all capable of extraordinary things." - Brooke
1 in 4 Australians are currently suffering from a mental illness.
More than a quarter of 1.1.million australian with an eating disorder are aged 19 or under.
Rates of self-harm have doubled for girls aged 15-19 and tripled for girls aged 14 and under since 2006.
Suicide rates for men are 4 times higher than for women.
It is a powerful platform where Brooke aims to have "JUST ONE MORE" conversation so no one experiences the depths of the darkness alone.
